We have spent the last few days relaxing and gambling a little at the Aquarius Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. Boy did we enjoy seeing the water again! We are finally back down almost to sea level at about 585 ft. The hotel is located right on the Colorado River and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The Laughlin area is like a mini Las Vegas with about nine different hotel/casinos, an outlet mall and many other places to have fun :) We were able to see a Beatles tribute show which was excellent; we had a great time dancing and clapping to the music. Mom and Joshua even got to share a "peace" with John Lennon :) ![]()
I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and dinners! :) I will not miss the heat though. It was 106 degrees and it felt like much hotter! I thought I might melt like the wicked witch! Glad we decided to stay inside most of the time, only walked by the river at dusk. My next post will be from DISNEYLAND CALIFORNIA!!!
